Klaus Nielsen, CEO of Danish whitefish processor Espersen, the sole supplier to McDonald's European units sees a stable price outlook for major whitefish species, even though there could be some "volatility" around cod and ongoing concerns over Alaska pollock's twice-frozen supply.
