US deli firm Einstein Bros. is taking the Delifish smoked salmon recall more seriously than other companies affected by recalls in the recent past, smoked salmon industry sources told IntraFish, and the company is actively looking at other suppliers after pulling all of its Darn Good Atlantic Smoked Salmon at its units nationwide.
