Domstein, who has been CEO since 2007 when the company was formed, will continue as chief operating officer for the company, while Tor Vikenes is the new CEO of the group.
Domstein has been CEO since the group was established in 2007. In addition to being CEO, Domstein also had the responsibility of operation of The group's plants.
As COO, he will concentrate on optimizing operation of the group's 15 plants.
Vikenes have held several leading positions and board positions in the Norwegian fishery business sector, and previously held the position as CEO of the Hordafor Group.
