The managing director has received a calculation basis of NOK 2.5 million (€317,581/$410,055) multiplied by the share price minus 1. The finance director has received a basis of NOK 2.0 million (€254,065/$327,489).
In order to make a profit on the bonus, the share price must thereby be over NOK 1.00 (€0.12/$0.16). According to the latest available OTC list, the Villa Organic share was traded at NOK 1.50
