US President Donald Trump's executive order to ban people from seven nations to enter the United States hasn't affected Seafood Expo North America (SENA), Diversified Communications' Liz Plizga told IntraFish.

Trump signed an order on Jan. 27 barring people from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen from entering the US for 90 days, which lasts through mid-April.

"We don't have any exhibitors from those countries and no attendees from those countries," Plizga said. "We haven't seen any impact on this year's event."
