Danes: Norwegian suppliers have 'moral obligation' to refund duties

Chairman Peter Bamberger of the Association of Danish Fish Processing Industries and Exporters (DFE) maintains if Norwegian fish producers are not legally obliged, they are in any case morally obliged to pay back or share the antidumping duty with their customers in the European Union.
