John Cummings, former president of American Pride, has returned to the American Seafoods Group in a newly-created position, as president of subsidiary, American Marine Ingredients (AMI).
Bernt Bodal, American Seafoods Chairman and CEO, said Cummings' return heralds new developments in bringing market quality marine ingredients to the Pacific Northwest.
"His experience and talents are a perfect fit for AMI as it expands the direct marketing of our branded 54 Degrees North premium fish oil and identifies new applications for our marine ingredients in foods, dietary supplements, animal nutrition and pharmaceuticals," Bodal said.
