Cooke Aquaculture on Wednesday named current Cooke COO of Farming Pal Angell-Hansen as the interim head of Icicle Seafoods starting Feb. 13.
Angell-Hansen will take over from departing CEO Chris Ruettgers.
Angell-Hansen "will continue to provide oversight to Cooke's European operations" during that time, CEO Glenn Cooke said in a statement. He has been with Cooke since May of 2014, when he joined as a senior advisor, before being promoted to COO Farming in October 2014.
Prior, he has held positions with Meridian Salmon Farms and Morpol ASA, where he was the global head of farming.
