The seafood supply chain of the P.F. Chang's and Bertolli brands will remain in place as ownership transfers from Unilever to ConAgra Foods.
The two companies have signed a transitional manufacturing service agreement, which will remain in place "possibly through the first quarter of 2014," a Unilever spokesperson told IntraFish.
"At this point, there is nothing that is going to be changing," the spokesperson said.
There are 200 people dedicated to the frozen meal brands ConAgra bought, all of whom will remain in place.
