Idaho-based trout producer Clear Springs Foods has a new CEO.

Jeffrey Jermunson took on the role in June, according to his LinkedIn profile. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for the company, and also spent several years as its VP of operations.

The employee-owned company has farms in Patagonia in Chile and Idaho. It's Chilean to the crystal-clear waters of Lake Titicaca, to the Snake River in Idaho — our farms are located in some of the best regions for raising trout.
