Chinese processors are hurting from high Alaska and Russian pollock prices, and many are reporting losses at the moment, industry watchers told IntraFish.

"The current raw material price is quite high compared to prices for finished product, and everyone is getting squeezed on margins," Frank Zhou, president of Qingdao-based processor Ocean One Enterprise, said.
