With the holiday season upon us, Maine lobster companies find Chinese demand is pushing sales once again -- although not as much as 2014.
The United States exported 2,248 metric tons of live lobster through October this year, worth $43.5 million (€40 million), a fraction decrease in volume and 3 percent drop in value.
