China Fishery Group Limited announced Monday that Ng Puay Yee (Jessie) was appointed CEO on Feb. 26.
She will "take over responsibility for the overall management of the company, including implementing major business strategies, coordinating the business and operations of the China Fishery Group.
Jessie, 43, was appointed as an executive director on Dec. 15 and is also an executive chairman of China Fishery’s parent company Pacific Andes Resources Development Limited and managing director of Hong Kong listed company, Pacific Andes International Holdings Limited.
