Chairman Baichun Zhang of Fish Track was at AquaNor in Trondheim last week together with his son Lei Zhang.
He and his family have made their fortune from real estate in the little town of Huludao in northeast China. But now the company is venturing on to a new project: land-based farming of Atlantic salmon in China.
