Following 2014's "best ever results," Cermaq Norway had another record year in 2015, CEO Jon Hindar told IntraFish.
"2014 was the best performance of Cermaq Norway ever due to growth and operational excellence. 2015 was even better. We managed to keep lice at bay. We've had good operations, volume growth and fantastic prices. So far in 2016 it's all going very well," said Hindar.
Sales volumes totaled 54,000 metric tons, up from 50,000 metric tons in 2014. In Norway, Cermaq has operations in Nordland and in Finnmark.
