Family-owned food shipping and logistics company Kloosterboer Bayside, owned by the Kloosterboer Group, acquired Fundy Stevedoring in the port of Bayside, Canada, including the company's warehouse with a capacity of 34,000 square meters.

Roughly 75 percent of its product -- pollock -- comes from Dutch Harbor, Alaska, and is distributed to buyers on the east coast of Canada and the United States, according to the the company's website.

The total plot of land is located next to the Kloosterboer premises and totals 40 acres, allowing for potential future expansion.
