Chile’s Labor Court of Castro ordered salmon farmer Camanchaca to pay CLP 70 million (€93,412/$105,314) to a worker who suffered an accident in 2018, reports BioBio.
The worker was at the company’s salmon center in Palqui when the accident occurred. The company was found at fault since a winch in bad condition caused several untreatable injuries that are preventing him from working.
