Indonesiansmoker sees high-end demand
Asalmon smoker started three years ago in Indonesia is targeting top hotels andfoodservice and seeing strong domestic demand, said its top executive.
PrasetyaAgung Cahaya Utama -- which sells under the brand Blessing Fish -- is sellingits smoked salmon into the Jakarta region and also to Bali, where the company isalso based, said Harryanto Mulia, president director of the company.
Muliaalso owns a meat processing company, Aroma, and is using the synergies on thesales channels to sell smoked salmon, he told IntraFish.
