Luiz Rebelo Neto, the man behind the Pirarucu Project, visited Trondheim, Norway, for the Aqua Nor trade show.
He was the most prominent of the businessmen in the largest-ever Brazilian delegation at the exhibition, which was led by Minister Altemir Gregolin of the newly established Fisheries Ministry, and by Brazil's ambassador to Norway, Sergio Moreira.
“I know that farming of pirarucu will be a success, but we need to show the world that I am right. That’s when we will actively work to gather in money,” Neto told IntraFish.
