Canada launches sustainable seafood info site
The Canadian government has launched a Website containing sustainability information on both wild and farmed seafood.
According to Lauren Lavigne, of Canada’s Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), the site is intended to be used as a resource for the industry to answer questions to customers, NGOs and other interested parties.
