Bolton Group’s recent acquisition of shares in Calvo Group gives it a 38 percent stake in Calvo and includes 15.8 percent of the Calvo family's shares, according to Bloomberg.

Calvo's international director says he is happy about the move. “It has been very good news for the company as  we see positive synergies in the future,” Dario Chemerinski, international director of Calvo Group, told IntraFish. “The overall fitting is good.”
