US-based Blue Star Foods announced Monday its CEO John Keeler will be speaking at a World Trade Organization (WTO) conference on Oct. 3 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Keeler will be discussing Blue Star’s role in sustainable development and the part of technology in the Blue Swimming Crab fishery, the company said.
The pro-trade conference comes at a time when seafood has been the target of protectionist policies, particularly in the United States, the company said.
