The rapid growth of relative newcomer Blue Harvest Fisheries continued Monday, with the company's announcement it finalized a deal to acquire High Liner Foods' New Bedford-based scallop operations.
It's just the latest in a dizzying buying spree that has brought the company from creation to $150 million (€133.3 million) in sales in just 18 months. And the expansion is only just beginning both within the company and from outside, CEO Jeff Davis told IntraFish.
“I think we can grow more organically,” he said.
