Re-branding, "revitalizing" the product range, and a focus on offering premium products will shape the year of 2014 for UK-based shrimp and seafood processor The Big Prawn Company.
"This is how we hope to navigate the next six months," William Rash, managing director at the firm, told IntraFish.
As many other processors in Europe, Big Prawn has been pressured by the high raw material prices for shrimp throughout last year.
When asked if sales have gone down as a result, Rash answered: "Absolutely."
