Belgian processor Brugse Visrokerij Alloo has recalled a line of smoked salmon over listeria concerns, the country’s food safety agency AFSCA said.
The processor’s "Saumon doux fumé artesanal” line sold in 200 gram packs is distributed by Marcinelle-based wholesaler Spapens.
Packs from lot number 32419 1306 carry an expiration date of July 9.
Shoppers are being advised to return products to stores where they were purchased for a full refund.
The food security agency also reported on the recall of a line of Pandomar canned squid in 115 gram tins because of the omission of an allergy warning.
