Scottish smoked salmon and shellfish processor Associated Seafoods is about to undergo a “big push” of marketing activity to boost sales of its Pride of Scotland brand, Victor West, managing director at the company told IntraFish.
The brand has been growing by around 10-15 percent year on year, but the company has plans to increase marketing and double the value over the next 12-18 months, he said.
“We are going through a bit of marketing with that at the moment, and about to give it a real big push,” he said.
