Marine Harvest Asia Managing Director Charlie Wu has his home address in Singapore, but is most likely to be found elsewhere on one of his many business trips.
He believes Norwegian salmon will have its great break in Asia and become the fish of the future there.
Southeast Asia has become increasingly affluent, and the style of living will change. Consumers will be more concerned with health, wholesomeness and food safety, he said.
"There’s growing awareness of the significance of one’s diet for general health, also here in Asia," he told IntraFish.
