AquaChile reported $738 million (€541.9 million) in revenues in 2013, and anticipates that growth to continue, particularly as it focuses on improved husbandry, research and development, efficiency and innovations such as Verlasso salmon.
The company's market cap as of last week was at $823 million (€604 million), making it one of the most valuable aquaculture firms in the world.
