“We believe Austevoll Seafood’s offer of NOK 59 ($9.58/€7.01) a share is way too cheap,” First Securities share analyst Aslak Berge told IntraFish.
His “buy” recommendation comes with a target price of NOK 80 ($12.99/€9.51).
A battle is raging inside the company on shareholdings after Austevoll came with an offer Tuesday to buy the whole company.
Austevoll recently bought itself over the 33 percent threshold, which meant they had to make a bid for all of the shares by a deadline. Therefore the bid didn’t come as any surprise.
