Retailers Sobeys, Loblaws, Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s and Metro have already signed a letter of intent to participate, as have top seafood suppliers Bumble Bee Foods, Icelandic Group, Trident Seafoods, Marine Harvest Seafood and Gorton’s.
