American Seafoods CFO Brad Bodenman is retiring in September, the company announced Wednesday.
Bodenman has been with American for 15 years. A replacement was not immediately named.
"American Seafoods has been extremely fortunate to have someone of Brad's caliber through a period of significant change within the company, including its successful recapitalization and refinancing in August 2015," said American Seafoods CEO Mikel Durham.
As part of the 2015 deal, an all-star lineup of seafood executives joined private equity group Bregal Partners in a de-leveraging recapitalization of the struggling fisheries giant.
Pacific Seafood Group, one of North America’s largest seafood companies, was joined by Bumble Bee Seafoods CEO Chris Lischewski and former Icicle Seafoods CEO Amy Humphreys in the capital investment and refinancing of the company’s debt, establishing what the company described as a “patient and strategic investor base.”
