On Thursday the anti-aquaculture Kurt Oddekalv called up Leroy Seafood to inform them that he was killing their fish by pouring a piscicide called rotenone into eight of Leroy’s trout pens.
Several hours after the deed, no fish is dead and the action appears to have been a bluff to attraction attention.
Although Oddekalv maintained to journalists that he did pour the poison into the pens, he is said to have told police that it was milk that he actually poured in the water.
