Glacier Securities CEO Ignacio Kleiman is in the midst of mulling the pros and cons of buying Cultivos Marinos for multiple clients, following the termination of Cermaq's acquisition discussions with the company on Wednesday. Interested players include salmon companies as well as two companies that are outside the salmon industry, Kleiman told IntraFish.
“It’s not an easy one because the company has a lot of debt, so the question is what is the right value to assign to the equity,” Kleiman said.
