Nothing could be further removed from your typical fish farm office than the headquarters of Selonda, Greece’s second largest seabass and seabream producer.

Located in the heart of Plaka, Athens’ ancient district which sprawls at the foot of the Acropolis, Selonda is almost camouflaged in a nineteenth century house, in which an imposing display of historical artefacts makes the visitor feel they have mistakenly stepped into an antiquity museum.
