Holm is an entrepreneur with a strong focus on technology. His belief in land-based production as playing a key role in the seafood industry's future has pushed him to innovate time and again and currently sees him heading up Atlantic Sapphire, with an aim to become the world's leading producer of land-based RAS salmon.
IntraFish: How did you enter the seafood industry and why? What drew you to it as a career?
Thue Holm: I have been interested in fish and business all my life and as a biology student my studies always centered around aquaculture.
