Peter Pan Seafood Company's longtime top executive is stepping down, the company said Tuesday, the latest in a series of major executive changes in the wake of the group's acquisition earlier this year.

Barry Collier, who has been with Peter Pan for 33 years, will leave his executive role, and transition into a senior advisory role for the company’s ownership group.

Rodger May, president and chief growth officer of Peter Pan, will continue to lead the company, alongside vice president of operations and former Silver Bay executive Jon Hickman, the company said.
