For the bulk of its 40 years in business, Massachusetts-based East Coast Seafood Group has been known as one of the world’s largest suppliers of North Atlantic lobster.
The group still holds that distinction, but as it moves into a new era, the company is broadening its palette to be able to serve a broader mix of species to a broader customer base.
And while it continues to hold steady to these two pillars of its business, it is also entering a new era marked by the diversification of its product mix and customer base.
