French smoked salmon supplier Labeyrie Fine Foods plans to double its international food business by 2025 after restructuring operations in the wake of a management shake-up last year.
The company, Europe's largest smoked salmon supplier, is targeting growth in Asia and the United States, as well as its home market of France and other EU countries.
Labeyrie aims to do so under the leadership of Co-CEO's Jacques Trottier and Steve Lawson, who jointly took the helm after Frederick Bouisset left the company last year.
