In spite of a pandemic that has closed indoor dining in several US states and is now taking its toll on producers as the A season begins, the Alaska pollock industry has not given up on its campaign to get products into more fast-casual eateries and white tablecloth restaurants.

Since last year, GAPP has been working diligently to promote the whitefish largely found in retail as a product that is also versatile for a fast-evolving and unpredictable foodservice space.
