The impending suspension of the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification on a number of pelagic stocks in 2021 could have dire consequences for these species, and is a concerning sign for other MSC-certified fisheries in Norway, warned Paul Harald Leinebo, chairman of Norwegian fishing association Fiskebat Vest, during its digital annual meeting on Friday.
