Webjorn Barstad, CEO of Leroy-owned Havfisk, is leaving his role at the company to take up a new position at Aker BioMarine, starting December 1.
Barstad will assume the role of executive vice president responsible for Aker's offshore operations, and is currently in the process of "wrapping up" at Leroy.
"I'm basically a 'boat guy', with a particular interest for harvesting vessels, ship technology, processing technology and efficient ship operations," Barstad told IntraFish.
