Sino Agro shareholders win court battle; CEO forced to loosen grip on company

The owners of the Chinese land-based shrimp "megafarm" were accused of a whole raft of wrongful and illegal conduct, gross mismanagement, and lying to shareholders in a court case that has been rumbling on for more than a year.
