One of Russia's largest fishing companies is accusing an association of Russian pollock harvesters of collusion after the group expelled six of its affiliates from membership this week.

Russian Fishery Company (RFC), one of the country’s largest producers of whitefish, had six of its affiliated companies ejected from the country’s Pollock Catchers Association (PCA) after a majority decision at a general meeting on Sept. 15, a move that essentially strips the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification from the company, according to the PCA.
