China has lifted a suspension on the importation of shrimp from leading Ecuadorian exporter Santa Priscila, Ecuador's Ministry of Foreign Relations said Monday on Twitter.
The move follows almost daily talks between Chinese and Ecuadorian authorities.
Chinese authorities will also review the cases of two other Ecuadorian shrimp producers, Empacreci and EdPacif, in the coming days.
"It is hoped this will lead to the same result," the ministry said in its Twitter post.
