Norwegian salmon prices have risen to on average of more than NOK 70 (€6.49/$7.21) for the largest fish, amid reduced availability.
Traders said this should continue next week with a lower harvest in prospect.
"There is less fish available, and a smaller harvest day next week. Prices are rising," one exporter told IntraFish.
