Melbourne-based Aqua Partners is looking for investors to back a AUD 65 million (€38.6 million/$41.8 million) land-based fish farm to be developed on a 100-hectare site in the country's southernmost state.
The recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) facility will be developed in Avalon, outside of Melbourne, in close proximity to Avalon International Airport with easy access to saltwater as well as Australian and Asian markets.
