Norwegian Fisheries Director Liv Holmefjord is in quarantine in the Netherlands for coronavirus.

Holmefjord currently does not have any symptoms, but Per Sandberg will act as fisheries director in her absence.

Holmefjord will most likely not return to office until March 16, Senior Communications Adviser Vegard Oen Hatten told IntraFish.

"[She] works from the Netherlands, and has ongoing contact with us both by phone and email," said Hatten, adding that none of the other employees at the Directorate of Fisheries have suspected or confirmed coronary infection.
