Alaska seafood processor International Seafoods of Alaska (ISA) is being acquired by Silver Bay Seafoods, according to an email about the deal obtained by IntraFish.
As part of the acquisition Silver Bay Seafoods (SBS) has taken over management of ISA operations in Kodiak, Alaska, with new production to be sold by Silver Bay.
