The long-running case between Alexander Tugushev and former partners Vitaly Orlov and Magnus Roth took a step forward as Roth submitted his defense to the UK High Court of Justice, which includes an acceptance that Tugushev is entitled to one-third of the joint venture assets.

The amount Tugushev receives may be reduced by the court to reflect the five years during which Tugushev was imprisoned and was, therefore, unable to contribute to the growth of the company and its assets, particularly in the period between June 2004 and December 2009.
