Steve Hodge, StarKist's former senior vice president of sales and trade marketing, told a California jury Wednesday he lied to federal investigators at the Justice Department and the FBI because he "was scared and unprepared" when they approached him and he didn't understand the consequences of doing so, according to Law360.
